NELSON GIRLS

 Amy, Mom and I went downtown last Friday night.  We ate, shopped, saw "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" and walked around Temple Square and City Creek.  Mandy couldn't come and Mel is still living in Illionois :(   I feel so blessed to have such great women in my life.  Friends come and go but Family is ALWAYS there :)  Thanks mom for planning this and having us take time out of our CRAZY lives just to spend time with who is important YOU!!!  I love you more then you will ever know and I am so glad to call you MOM :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS

 This years Christmas Card...

 After I ordered all the cards to send out to family and friends, I realized that I had accidentally deleted a page of labels :(So 30 of those that I usually send cards to didn't get them.)  I figured it out after I had already sent out our cards.  The problem has been corrected so my mailing list will be more accurate next year :)

One of the best parts of Christmas for me, is opening the Mail :)

CHRISTMAS DAY

 We began our Christmas Festivities at 8:00 am.  The kids wait in the hall from youngest to oldest for Mike and I to get up.  We put a sheet to block the living room so they get their own grand entrance to see what Santa has brought.  We had another great Christmas and were spoiled with lots of surprises :)  We met at the Nelson's at 11:00 for sweet rolls and fruit and gift exchange. Than off to the Dean's at 1:30 for funeral potatoes and sandwiches and more gift exchanges :)  We got home that day around 4:00.  We played games for a few hours with the kids and than watched a movie.  It was another successful Christmas :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

CHRISTMAS EVE

 We had Christmas Eve dinner with the Nelson's this year.  We ate soup, salad, bread sticks and treats for dinner and after we had a little talent show and read The Nativity Story. 

 

 The kids opened their present from Grandma and Grandpa:

 Jake and Will got some Emergency FUN $ :)

 

 Annie, Lindsey and Rachel all got one piece PJS :)

Ready to go home and watch a Christmas movie :)

CHRISTMAS EVE BOWLING

 We bowled again on Christmas Eve day with the Nelson clan.  Everyone came but Troy, Mel, Brad and their kids (next year they will be living here. YAY).  It was another successful, fun activity.  We all LOVE this tradition :)
