~~CALLED TO SERVE- Coban, Guatemala~~

 Rachel's boyfriend Taylor Ellis that she has liked for almost 4 years just left for his mission to Coban, Guatemala.  It has been a bittersweet weekend for her having to say goodbye.  They are such great friends and talk all the time that it's gonna be hard :(  We love Taylor and can't wait to hear about all his adventures in Guatemala.  He is going to be an awesome missionary :)

 

 

 

Taylor brought Rachel these pretty flowers the last night they went out on a date!  So sweet :)

~~OLYMPUS HIGH HOMECOMING~~

 Jake went to his first High School dance last Saturday night.  He went with one of his good friends Sadie Brockbank.  They went hiking during the day, California Pizza kitchen for dinner, dance, Gymnastics Training Center and Colton Bells after.  He said he had alot of fun and Sadie was the perfect date!  SO FUN :)

~~PAYSON LAKES~~

 We went camping over Labor Day weekend with 9 families in our ward at Blackhawk campground in Payson Lakes.  Kristine Davies is so great and she reserves the group site which is so awesome.  There are a ton of tent spots and for some reason the 3 years we have camped here there are never any other people.  It is so great to have the place to our selves.   This camp trip is always  SO MUCH FUN!  It is so great because everyone has a buddy.  We had great fun hanging out and playing cards, capture the flag, sitting by the fire, rope swing and just relaxing and enjoying the time together.  We couldn't ask for better people to be friends with.  Oh how we LOVE where we live :)

~~SCHOOL HAS BEGUN~~

 School has been in now for a few weeks and I am already ready for summer :)  I can't believe how fast summer flew by :(  Rachel moved up to Logan and is going to Utah State.  She is rooming with her cousin Annie and things are going so well.  She LOVES, LOVES it and Annie is the perfect roommate for Rachel :)  She loves the other 4 girls too and is so excited to get to know them even better.  Jake is now at Olympus High, Will is at Olympus Jr. and Sadie is at Driggs Elementary.  4 kids in 4 different schools! Crazy!!

Jensens did the breakfast again for the neighborhood the first day of school. It is always fun to start the school day with friends.  This is a pic of the moms that are ready to send their kids to school :)

~~BURRASTON POND~~

 A few weekends before school started we went to Mona, Utah and did the rope swings at Burraston Pond (at least 4 of the 6 Deans did the swings :).  It was a fun activity to do as a family.   We took Diesel along.  I LOVE the times we get to spend with our kids.  They are super brave, so of course it gave me a heart attack to see them do tricks off the swing, but no one was hurt and fun was had by all :)
