Away in a manger...

no crib for HIS bed, the little LORD JESUS
laid down HIS sweet head.

We took the kids up to Midway last Sunday to a church that had hundreds of nativities displayed. They are always set up the first weekend in December. It is a fun tradition that our family loves. It is so interesting to see all the different countries displayed and things they use to make their nativities. We were sure glad it wasn't stormy this year because that can make the drive a little scary.

The DEAN family nativity scene =)
Below are pictures of some of our favorite nativities:

HUNGARY JAMAICAKENYA
COLUMBIA
ARGENTINA
CHILE
HAWAII
The nativity puppet show.
FUN NIGHT =)

That's so neat. They did a huge display of nativities at our ward this year. It is fun to see all of the different ways to represent Christ's birth. Your family just fits perfectly into that little manger scene. Super cute.

Those are awesome...we may need to start a new tradition at our house next year. I love the Dean family nativity picture!
