Here comes SANTA CLAUS, here comes SANTA CLAUS...

Right down SANTA CLAUS lane.

The kids had their Christmas Singing program today at school. They all did a great job. You could definitely feel the excitement of Christmas in the air.

Jingle BELL, Jingle BELL, Jingle BELL rock...

Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring.
Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun.
Now the jingle hop has begun.

On Monday we went to the Christmas Carole Sing-Along at the Energy Solutions Arena with my sister Amy and her family. It was a fun night spent singing Christmas songs and listening to Jon Schmidt play the piano. The best thing is it was FREE and they gave us each 1 jazz ticket, 2 bees tickets and a large popcorn at a Larry Miller Theater. Fun night.
I guess we didn't get a picture of Sadie...
but I know our cute little bug was there =)

HO, HO, HO We are Santa's Elves...

We are Santa's Elves. Filling Santa's shelves.
With a toy, for a girl & boy. We are Santa's Elves.

This year we had a mysterious Elf named Buddy that appeared on December 1st while dad was at work and we were all at school. He was sitting on our kitchen table when we all got home with a note that said he was here to visit our family and keep tabs for Santa until Christmas. Will and Sadie looked forward each day to finding Buddy and reading what his notes had to say about the previous days activities (positive things he had seen us do as a family). We loved having him here for 17 days but on Friday, December 17th he left a note saying he needed to get back so he could help Santa get ready for Christmas. We aren't sure if Buddy will come next year but he sure added fun and excitement to this Christmas.
