HAPPY "9th" BIRTHDAY SADIE

You are the perfect caboose for our family.  You are such a fun, spunky, outgoing, friendly and confident little girl.  Although at times you can be stubborn, we wouldn't change it cause it makes YOU who YOU are. You are a good student and are so good to always include others.  I love how you always want to be with me...my special buddy.  Whether its running errands, cooking dinner, snuggling in bed or whatever I am doing you want to be with me.  I hope we can always be friends and that you will confide in me and always let me be a big part of your life.

The Saturday before her birthday while Mike, Rachel, Jake and Will were skiing, Sadie and I went and got pedicures and to lunch to celebrate her birthday (since it was a non birthday party year).

 

For Sadie's birthday this year she wanted 2 things...

 A HAMSTER (named Humphrey) and A BEACH CRUISER.

SKI SEASON HAS BEGUN...

 We are skiing Park City again this year.  Mike grew up skiing there so it's where he loves to go.  Since I am constantly driving up and down the canyon delivering and picking up the kids, I would much rather drive to Park City then any of the other resorts.  Rachel, Jake and Will have already been several times this season, Mike and Sadie have only been a few and I am waiting until Spring to do my skiing....

BRING ON "2013"

 We had Fondue on New Year's day again with the Nelson clan.  Amy was so nice to invite everyone.  It was supposed to just be Murdock's and our parents but Amy ended up inviting the whole crew.    After we ate we played Jed and Mandy's new game called Logo.  Thanks Murdock's for the fun get together.  It was a fun night to start off...
