DIESEL DOG

I haven't put pics of Diesel on the blog for a while... so it's about time :)  Diesel has been in our family for 4 yrs and 6 months.  Crazy how fast that time has gone.  He is still my furry little buddy.  He comes and cross guards with me, snuggles with me, begs when I cook and eat, barks at me for about 20 minutes each day after I get home from the school while I continually throw his toy for him to fetch and he sleeps snuggled by me almost every night.  We couldn't ask for a better dog.  WE LOVE HIM!

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

We had a super bowl party last Sunday at my parents home.  We ate lots of junk food, those that cared about the game watched it and the rest of us played pinball and games in the basement.  It was a fun get together.  We missed Jed and Mandy's family and of course Melanie and Brad's family who still live in Illinois :)

SISTER BONDING

Rachel was so nice to spend the morning skiing with Sadie last Saturday.  Sadie had such a great time hanging out with Rachel.  A few hours of skiing here and there is just what Sadie likes.  It makes my heart happy to see my kids get along and that Rachel would give up her friend ski time to hang with her little sis.  I sure love my girls! XOXO

SNOW CAMP

Mike and Will had their winter snow scout camp last Friday night.  They camped up in the Unitahs by Mirror Lake.  The leaders and boys built some igloos and caves the Saturday before and then Friday night they headed up and ate dinner, played in the snow and slept in the caves.  They had 9 boys and 4 leaders.  They said it is one of the funnest camps they do all year.  It sure makes me glad I am not a scout.  I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like to sleep outside in the snow :)

FOGGY DAY

Crazy YUCKY day out there today.  I just got back from driving Jake and some friends up to Park City and I had to take pictures along the way because I couldn't believe how CRAPPY it is out there.  It was 40 degrees and clear skies in Park City and this was what it was in the valley before and after I got back. Pictures definitely don't do it justice.
