It was a week of rockets for the Dean boys. Will had his rocket derby with his cub scout group and Jake finished his space exploration merit badge with the boy scouts.
Will had a lot of fun painting and sanding his rocket with Mike. Anytime he gets to spend with Mike he loves. He chose to paint it green and black. His rocket actually didn't do too bad.

Mike and Jeff Davies have been the scout leaders for our ward for almost 3 years now. They took the boys camping last weekend to the west desert where they were able to let off their rockets they have been working on with the space exploration merit badge. Jake is lucky since he is 11 he gets to tag along with the boy scouts because Mike is there (if you are 11 in our ward you can go on camps as long as your dad comes along). They had a great time watching their rockets go off.
