This year we had a mysterious Elf named Buddy that appeared on December 1st while dad was at work and we were all at school. He was sitting on our kitchen table when we all got home with a note that said he was here to visit our family and keep tabs for Santa until Christmas. Will and Sadie looked forward each day to finding Buddy and reading what his notes had to say about the previous days activities (positive things he had seen us do as a family). We loved having him here for 17 days but on Friday, December 17th he left a note saying he needed to get back so he could help Santa get ready for Christmas. We aren't sure if Buddy will come next year but he sure added fun and excitement to this Christmas.

I love Buddy's spot when he is hanging out in the blinds. What a fun time your kids had!
I love that white elephant party. I went to one where someone gave an old phone. It was pretty funny when the lady opened it.
