SKI TOWN SHOOT OUT

Jake was invited to play in an Allstar Lacrosse tournament this past week in Park City. They played in 5 games Thurs-Sat. Lacrosse is such an interesting sport. We learn more about it every time they play. It is a cross between hockey, baseball, football, soccer and basketball. It is very entertaining to watch and we love that Jake likes to play it. Jake was #49 in this tournament. His group took 2nd in the tournament for the 5/6th graders. It was a great experience for these boys.
Great job Boys!!!
Supportive grandparents as always :)
Thanks Coaches for all your time and effort in coaching these boys.
Now onto FOOTBALL...

CRAZY...

Our "oldest"...RACHEL ELIZABETH...turned "15" today. We had a great weekend celebrating with Rachel. Saturday morning Rachel and I went shopping than we met up with Sadie, Grandma Ruthie, Melanie and Chloe for lunch and pedicures. We gave my mom a pedicure for Mother's Day so we thought it would be fun to go together and celebrate Rachel's birthday at the same time. Mel was in town so she and Chloe were able to join us. I am definately hooked on pedicures. LOVE THEM. After pedicures we took Rachel out to dinner with our little family. Today Rachel left for EFY with my niece Annie. I am so excited for her to have another great week again at EFY this year. We love you Rachel. Thanks for being such a great example to all of us. We couldn't ask for a better daughter :)

We miss you already Rach :(

END OF SCHOOL

It is hard to believe that another school year has come to a close. Rachel graduated from 9th grade and will move onto Olympus High next year and Jake graduated from 6th grade and will move onto Olympus Jr. It is weird to think we will have a child in High School and Jr. High :( The last week of school was party week, especially for the 9th graders. One highlight was the 9th grade trip to Lagoon. Rachel and some of her friends did the Skycoaster. She has always wanted to do it but never has because it is an extra cost so they decided to spend their $ and do it on this trip. They LOVED it. We are so lucky our kids have such a great group of friends. WE LOVE THEM ALL :)
