LAVA HOT SPRINGS

Our 2nd ADVENTURE in the trailer was to Lava Hot Springs over the 4th of July weekend with 5 families in our ward. When we got the trailer I started asking around some friends in our ward if they had plans for the fourth of July weekend. Lots of them already had plans but the 5 of us didn't so we decided to take a trip up to Lava Hot Springs. It is such a great place for big groups. We will definately have to go again and have more families come with us. It was a nice little getaway.

The moms that went:
Judi, Rachel, Holly, Kristine, MeAll "17" kids that were there.

We spent most of the day at the Pool and Waterslide Park.
(Jake and Will are waiting to go off the 2nd platform but they never did the top one because it was too high.)

After the pool we spent a few hours floating down the river.

HAPPY "4th" of JULY!!!

COUSINS

Mike's brother John and his wife Tonya were in charge of their trek last week so we had Parker and Abby sleep over at our house a couple of nights. Will and Sadie loved having them here and getting to spend time with them.

I was the nice aunt and took 9 kids bowling and video games at Fat Cats while Parker and Abby were with us.

It was so cute to see Sadie and Abby asleep in Sadie's little princess tent...they barely fit =)Too tired to finish the movie.Since Will and Sadie had Parker and Abby sleepover we decided to invite my brother Brett's son Alex to sleep over with Jake and Rachel. They loved sleeping out on the tramp =)Fun times with cousins!!!

WILL's Cub Country

I was able to go up with Will's scout group and spend a day with them at Cub Country the end of June. It was fun to see the activities they get to participate in and spend time with Will. We sure have some great boys in our neighborhood that Will gets to go through the scouting program with. It was nice to see that they all get along and treat each other nicely. Austin and WillLogan and WillJosh and WillWill, Logan, NoahAll 12 boys that were there.

OREGON COAST---Nelson Family Road Trip---

FUN TIMES exploring together.

We took our time getting to Seaside.
We stopped at the Hood River and watched the wind surfers,

the Bonneville Dam Fish Hatchery,and Multnomah Falls.The Condos we stayed in at Seaside, Oregon were right on the beach. It was great fun spending time with the Nelson family. The Oregon Coast is absolutely beautiful. Way different than California since the water is so cold you don't really swim in the ocean.
