7PEAKS FUN HAS BEGUN...

 We bought 7Peaks season passes again this year.  We started our summer break the first day by going to 7 Peaks with a few families in the neighborhood.  After we had been there for about 30 min, Sadie stubbed her toe going up some concrete stairs to one of the slides.  She went and had someone at the first aide station wrap it up so she could stay and do slides for the day.  Just a few days ago she lost her toenail.  I told her she should put it under her pillow and maybe the toenail fairy will come! hahaha :)

Sadie and some of her buddies from the neighborhood:
Emri, Grace, Sadie, Brooklyn, Zani

We are looking forward to many fun days at 7Peaks this summer :)

THE "3" AMIGOS

   These 3 have been besties for so long and will be for life :)  Wittwer's are in town so we got together with the Denning's and Wittwer's on Saturday and had a pool party at the Dean's.  It is always a good time when our 3 families get together.  We haven't seen Wittwer's since our cruise with them last January 2012 so we have been missing them.  Thanks for the laughs and picking up right where we left off . YAY! :)

The Dads
The Moms
The Kids

 Nothing is better then listening to Ryan tell stories.  Even though the stories aren't always the funniest,  watching him tell them is the best.  Laughter is truly THE BEST medicine.  Thanks Wittwer for cracking us all up and busting out a gut.

 We can't wait until we get to hang again :)

SUMMER PEDICURES

 Last Saturday the girls and I went and got pedicures together.  I LOVE getting pedicures with my girls.  It is so fun to go and spend a few hours together talking and getting our feet washed, scrubbed and painted.  I sure love my girls and LOVE pedicures.  YAY...For summer toes ;)

CLICKING OUR HEALS~~~

 YAHOO!  Summer has arrived.  This past week has been a busy week of end of school activities.  We are all ready for a break and to enjoy time to relax and have no schedule.  I loved crossing this year and working with Alesha and Beckham.  I am really going to miss working in Miss Reese's classroom.  She truly is an amazing teacher and has her great reputation for a reason.  I made a really good friend this year and am going to miss working with her every day ;(

The cute 3rd grade class I worked in this year!

 Sadie and her teacher Mrs. Sansom...
Sadie LOVED having her this year.  She was a great teacher!

It was fun to be surprised by this sign on Cottonwood Elementary's Marquee one day.  I  have LOVED working with those kids at that school.  One of the cute girls I cross wrote me this thank you note...It made my day :)

Last day of school activities...
Jake had a swim party at his friend Colton Bell's and Rachel celebrated her birthday on the last day of school, so she was kept busy doing lots of fun things.  Sadie's friend rented a limo and invited 9 girls to go to dinner at California pizza.  It was a surprise so the girls were SOOOO excited when the limo pulled up :) There needed to be 2 chaperones with the girls so Heidi Ellis and I offered to go :)  It was so fun to tag along and take pictures.  The best was watching the girls and listening to them sing out of the top of their lungs.  Ahhh what fun memories.  Thanks Jensen's ;)

 Will's friends went to Cottonwood Heights to swim and after they got together with some girls and played night games.  He is so lucky to have such great friends to start Junior High with :)

HAPPY "17th" BIRTHDAY

 ~~~RACHEL ELIZABETH DEAN~~~
Happy, Happy Birthday to you!  What an awesome girl you are.  You are an amazing daughter and friend.  We couldn't ask for a better example to have as our first child.  You are constantly teaching us how to be better.  Thanks for being you!  We LOVE getting our scripture texts every night from you.  Always remember WHO YOU ARE and that you are LOVED :)
For Rachel's big birthday gift this year we gave her 2 tickets to see Taylor Swift.  She chose to take Ellie Holt with her.  They had great fun making memories together.
The Sunday before her birthday we had the grandparents over for dinner.  It is always fun to have a reason to have them over and get to visit with them.
On her birthday eve we went as a family to Italian Village for dinner.  I sure LOVE those times we get to spend together as a family.  It seems like lately somebody ALWAYS has something, so the times we get to spend together are AWESOME! Rachel spent her birthday afternoon with Taylor hiking and going to lunch.  That evening 8 of her friends took her to get a manicure and to dinner.  She definitely felt the love :)
Mike and I made Rachel this candy poster that we had waiting for her on her bed when she got home from all her birthday activities :)
