~~HAPPY "10th" BIRTHDAY SADIE~~

  Happy, Happy Birthday sweet Sadie Katherine aka Sadie Katie :)  You are such a funny, beautiful, witty, friendly, smart and such a spunky little girl.  You are the perfect caboose for our family.  You keep us all entertained and let us know when you are around :)  We LOVE you so much and are so grateful that you are in our family :)

For Sadie's birthday party this year she invited 15 friends and went to Fat Cats for pizza, bread sticks and bowling.  It was a pretty fun and easy birthday party.

 We had the grandparents over the Sunday before her birthday for some yummy pot roast...mmmm :)

~~FAMILY NIGHT at the FOOD BANK~~

 We went to the Food Bank last Monday night with the Nelson crew to help sort food.  Thanks to Amy for always being so great to schedule this we get a chance to serve together as a family.  Our kids LOVE this activity and are always glad when we get a chance to do it.  We went after to Appollo Burger and had Fries and Shakes.  We sure LOVE our family and feel truly Blessed!!! (I am so bad at taking pics with My iphone5... They always seem blurry... Owell I guess it's better then no pictures...Right??? :)

~~NEW YEARS DAY!!!~~

 New Year's Day was spent up at Mike's cousin Brad and Aisha Johnson's cabin up in Timber Lakes just above Heber.  We had such a great time.  It was just our family of 6 and their little family of 4.  We rode the 4 wheeler, sledded, snowmobiled and played games.  It was a fun way to spend the Holiday!!!  Thanks a ton for the yummy food and good company Johnson's.  We love you! xoxo

The kids had a lot of fun being pulled on sleds behind the 4 wheeler.  We sure have fun, adventurous kids that are willing to try anything....

Sadie was a little nervous so she rode on the 4 wheeler and chose not to be pulled on a sled.  I don't blame her :)  Will, Rachel and Mike are being pulled and Jake is driving Me and Sadie :)

~~HAPPY NEW YEAR~~

A NEW YEAR is always a time to reflect and think back at what has happened and look forward to what you HOPE will happen.  It is a great time to make changes or just keep doing what works :)  In this coming year the most important thing I want is PEACE and LOVE.  I hope to continue to nurture those relationships in my life that REALLY count.  I want to try to GIVE more of my TIME and SERVE others.  I am going to CHERISH every moment I get to spend with my little family.  Rachel will be moving away in August to Utah State.  Although this is a fun, exciting time for her it is going to be SO hard to let her go and show us the INDEPENDENCE we have taught her while she lives on her own and makes HER decisions.  Nothing brings me more JOY then being a WIFE, MOTHER, DAUGHTER, SISTER and FRIEND.  My heart literally aches when theirs does.  Having the GOSPEL in my life means everything.  I couldn't raise a family without its teachings and principles as a guide.  My LOVE for our SAVIOR is so real.  I strive to be like him and want to live a life so I can return to live with him one day. May "2014" Bring all our FAMILY and FRIENDS lots of LOVE and PEACE! I LOVE YOU ALL!!! xoxo

NELSON GIRLS

 Amy, Mom and I went downtown last Friday night.  We ate, shopped, saw "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" and walked around Temple Square and City Creek.  Mandy couldn't come and Mel is still living in Illionois :(   I feel so blessed to have such great women in my life.  Friends come and go but Family is ALWAYS there :)  Thanks mom for planning this and having us take time out of our CRAZY lives just to spend time with who is important YOU!!!  I love you more then you will ever know and I am so glad to call you MOM :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS

 This years Christmas Card...

 After I ordered all the cards to send out to family and friends, I realized that I had accidentally deleted a page of labels :(So 30 of those that I usually send cards to didn't get them.)  I figured it out after I had already sent out our cards.  The problem has been corrected so my mailing list will be more accurate next year :)
